Options which should be included in the quotation

This option includes only the extruder with heating elements and thermocouples. You should be able to provide and connect the following yourself:
- 4x PID controllers for controlling the heating elements.
- Drive motor/ system
- water pump and cooling system for cooling the inlet of the extruder (cooling block is included)
- material transportation (funnel on the extruder is included)
- You should be able to write your own software for controlling all functions
This options includes everything to start extruding. It can be used as an stand-alone system or it can be connected to your system. The control system includes:
+water cooler and water pump
+Siemens servo motor and controller for driving the extruder
+Planetary gearbox for increasing the servo motor torque
+electronic cabinet with controls for speed, PID controllers and processing sensor information (based on Siemens PLC's)
+pellet material transportation pump
+pellet material storage
This options includes the extruder, the control cabinet and a drying system.
A drying system is needed for processing hygroscopic materials. Hygroscopic materials include: ABS, PET, Nylon, etc.
